Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the OZ Talking website and related services operated by Oswarld's Boutique Consulting Firm. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

• Comments, one-time digital products, and other related offerings

3. Accounts and User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information, including a valid email address and valid payment details where applicable.
• You may not share sign-in links, account access, or member-only benefits with others.
• You may not interfere with the security or stability of the service, or violate the rights of other users.
• You remain responsible for comments or other content you submit.

4. Memberships, Billing, and Cancellation

Prices, billing intervals, and product scope are shown on the relevant checkout or product page. Some offerings renew automatically, and your payment authorization covers those recurring charges until cancellation.

• Korean-language billing is processed through NICE Payments; international billing may be processed through Lemon Squeezy or another disclosed payment provider.
• We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
• You may cancel through the available account or payment flow, or by contacting contact@oswarld.com.
• Cancellation affects future renewals. Access already paid for usually remains available until the end of the current billing period unless law requires otherwise.

5. Refunds and Withdrawal

Refunds are handled under applicable law and any product-specific terms shown at checkout. Because the service includes digital content that may be delivered immediately after payment, some purchases may become non-refundable once access starts or where another legal exception applies.

6. Intellectual Property and Content Use

• All articles, translations, designs, logos, and databases on the service are owned by us or our licensors.
• You may access content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not copy, republish, redistribute, scrape, resell, or share member-only content without prior written permission.
• For comments or other user submissions, you retain your rights, but you grant us a non-exclusive right to host, display, store, and moderate that content for service operation.

7. Comments and Community Rules

• Illegal content, infringement, defamation, hateful expression, spam, and abusive automation are prohibited.
• Anonymous comments may be stored without a direct link back to the original subscriber account. Because of that design, poster-initiated deletion may not always be possible.
• We may hide, remove, or restrict comments that violate these terms, our policies, or applicable law.

8. Changes to the Service

We may change features, pricing, vendors, access rules, or service scope to improve the product, maintain security, comply with law, or respond to third-party platform changes. Material changes will be communicated by a reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimers

• The service may be interrupted by events beyond our reasonable control, including network failures, hosting incidents, payment processor outages, or force majeure.
• Articles and analysis are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute legal, tax, medical, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
• Disputes between users, or between a user and a third party, remain the responsibility of those parties except where law requires otherwise.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where liability cannot be excluded by law.

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, cancel benefits, or take legal action when we reasonably believe these terms, the law, or service integrity have been violated.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable Korean law will have exclusive venue unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
